We construct the finest docks in northeast Florida. Whether you are looking for a simple dock structure to maximize the use and improve the value of your waterfront property or you are looking for an elaborate structure to entertain numerous guests or showcase your prized vessel, we work with you to custom design and construct a structure that meets and exceeds your needs and expectations. Our most flattering compliment comes from potential customers that request a dock "exactly like" their neighbor's - yet in discussions we always find some way to make it unique to fit their unique needs / desires. Schmitt Dock This simple dock is built adjacent to a beautiful wildlife preserve south of the Matanzas Inlet south of St. Augustine. It provides deep water access for vessels and for observing the wildlife. Please Click Here or click the pictures for a complete gallery of the project. Norton Dock (The "North Book End") Referred to as the "North Book End" at furthest north point of Marsh Harbor subdivision in Palm Valley on the Intracoastal Waterway. It got this nickname because after completion, the neighbors to the south wanted the "exact same dock". This dock features handicap accessibility, composite decking, polyurea coated pilings, rope hand railing, a 16,000# Golden boat lift, and a 10,000# no profile platform boat lift. Kammerdiener Dock (The "South Book End") This dock is at the furthest southerly point of the Marsh Harbor subdivision in Palm Valley. Construction on this dock started a year after the completion of the Norton's Dock and was requested to be "exactly the same" as the Norton's Dock. We made it their own with rope hand railing down both sides of the dock walkway, installing an Azek composite deck, and a patina green metal roof. Access to the upper level is via a bridge and stairway that we constructed from the existing deck patio at the back of the home. This is a very strong, yet relatively simple dock structure, that maximizes space, matches the design of the existing deck, and minimizes the footprint over the water. Pollock Dock This dock is the first dock north of the S.R. 206 bridge south of St. Augustine where the bottom is essentially solid coquina. It is a solid built dock with hand railing that surrounds the dock structure for the safety of young children. The platform is completely under roof and the dock has two boat lifts for different sized vessels. The dock also has many high quality dock accessories. Cavacini Dock Our heart goes out to the Cavacini's and many others that hire the wrong dock builder for their significant dock projects. After the initial dock builder closed their doors after starting the Cavacini's project, we convinced them that we were the right company to finish their project. We believe that we reestablished their confidence in the marine construction industry by overcoming obstacles set forth by the initial builder and by building a top quality marine structure.
