Our company is built on the collective experience of 50+ years in the marine construction industry.  The company was founded and is lead by two individuals that continue to build an outstanding reputation across NE Florida.

Russ Brockman is the owner of the company and opened the doors in 2007.  Prior to working in the marine construction industry, he had over 20 years of work experience mainly in business management, technology / process / strategy consulting, and disaster recovery planning management.  He has extensive construction experience and his passion has always been being on or around the water.  He brings business management, marketing, and the professional ability to "communicate at any level" to the marine construction industry.

Ron Braddock has over 50 years of professional experience with 30 years experience in the marine construction industry.  Ron built a thriving marine construction company based solely on referral business mainly in the St. Augustine and Palatka regions while periodically venturing into the Jacksonville area.

Each of our employees go through an extensive background check and screening prior to employment and a rigorous 90 day probationary period when they start to insure that they will help to build and maintain our reputation of providing the best customer service in the industry.  You'll find all our employees to be professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and safe.
